Trodie Talent Agency is a talent and trainee placement agency dedicated to helping young professionals from Indonesia start their international career journey.
Our office is located near Frankfurt/Main in the Rhein‑Main region, one of Germany’s most dynamic metropolitan areas with over 5.9 million residents.
The area combines modern city life with rich cultural heritage. From Frankfurt’s skyline to the historic charm of Mainz and Wiesbaden. With Germany’s largest airport and excellent transport links, it is a major hub for business and travel, surrounded by vineyards, forests, and rivers.
We work closely with trainees, training partners, and employers to ensure safe, legal, and transparent placements. Our goal is not just to place trainees, but to support long-term success, personal growth, and professional development.
Why We Founded the Company
We founded our company in 2026 with a clear mission: to connect motivated young talent from Indonesia with responsible German companies – fairly, sustainably, and with long‑term success in mind.
The idea grew out of personal experience.
Anna, an Indonesian citizen, has lived in Germany for over 26 years. Her own educational and professional journey bridges both worlds. After completing a Master’s degree in German Studies and Business Administration in Jakarta, she was awarded a scholarship from a German bank, which enabled her to deepen her academic and professional connection to Germany.
After raising her children, Anna returned to university in Germany and studied Social Pedagogy, further strengthening her understanding of integration, education, and the personal challenges young people face when starting a new life in another country. Through her own life experience, she understands both the hopes of international trainees and the expectations of German companies.
Together with her partner Tobias, the company was brought to life. Through his professional career, Tobias has gained deep insight into the growing challenges German companies face in finding reliable and motivated trainees. He knows firsthand that the issue is not a lack of work ethic or potential – but a lack of access to the right talent and structured recruitment solutions.
By combining international perspective, educational expertise, and practical business understanding, we created a recruitment model that goes beyond placement. Our focus is on quality, preparation, and integration, so that trainees and companies can grow together successfully.
